Our Process

We specialize in one thing: Building YOUR Pool. When you initially contact Pro Pools, you’ll be put in touch with Ryan Nettles. They will chat with you to get an understanding of your ultimate goal and vision of your backyard design. We will then schedule an AT-HOME consultation to get a first-hand look at your backyard. They will work closely with you to create a new backyard poolscape, a plan that blends seamlessly with your lifestyle. Ryan takes your plans and makes them a reality. Backed by years of hands-on experience, he stays with you every step of the way to monitor the construction process and ensure that your pool is completed promptly, correctly, and precisely to your satisfaction. And after all is said and done, he will always be nearby to answer your questions.

During the at-home visit, we’ll walk around your yard with you looking at a number of factors, including the layout of your backyard, what other features you want to incorporate, and, of course, where the pool is going to go. We will then sit down with you to learn even more about what you want, show you some ideas, and we start seeing the vision for your dream backyard come to life. 

Now it’s time for us to go back to our design studio and draw-up your backyard plans. We’ll present them to you at a follow-up meeting to ensure we’ve captured the exact look you were hoping to achieve. Our goal is to give you a wonderful customer experience while creating an outdoor oasis you will enjoy for years to come. Once the design stage is complete, it’s time to begin construction on your new pool!
